@sun Nintendo has an extremely strict set of rules for all partnerships with "content creators" (as much as I despise that term). According to streamers and all, Nintendo will only sponsor you or making you participate to their own events (like idk the recent Mario Kart World cup they organized) if you NEVER ever played any romhack, never ever touched an emulator, never hinted at having one or recommending it, and majorly play Nintendo games and nothing else. You need to have a clean record to earn less than what other partnerships would ever get you. If you don't follow any of these rules, Nintendo considers you as bad as those writing emulators, except that they only see it worth it to sue you if it impacts their profits in any way
