South Wales LGBTQ+ men, someone super awesome who I am honoured to call a friend is part of the team putting on a regular meetup/mental health space for gay, bi and Queer men to chat and get things off their chest in Cardiff.
It's called Help U and it runs at Chapter Arts Centre and its today, and every other Monday, at 7pm - 9pm.
It's a really great bunch of people, and you get plenty of time to talk.
