@wjmaggos No. The vote will be in a month or more, and the opposition to Schumer and Jeffries is only just beginning to build. He will not be Speaker.
@mastodonmigration Change.org has a petition to replace Jeffries, one of several petitions against him and Schumer that have emerged in the last couple days.
