On NRT: Read the fucking room, Chris! II - http://norightturn.blogspot.com/2026/11/read-fucking-room-chris-ii.html
@strypey @norightturnnz My personal opinion is that Greens need to hold the line on the wealth tax and follow through: sit on cross bench if he refuses. You want a "mandate"? By definition you'll have one if you are able to form a government with the Greens. We have been crystal clear on wealth tax the whole campaign and even before.
Wealth tax or don't be PM, Hipkins.
I *know* Sinking sHipkins isn't that out of touch. The despicable weasel is lying through his teeth.
I *know* that he knows a majority of kiwis have supported increasing taxes on wealth for years. Because I pointed it out to him when I quizzed him about tax reform in a public meeting after the 2023 election. He just doesn't want to do what the public want.
So if you want to change the government, instead of just swap one useless Chris for another, vote for anyone but Labour.

This election has made it crystal clear that electoral politics has nothing to offer a kiwi pro-democracy movement in 2026. Time to start sharpening those pitchforks folks ...

"While the Greens, Te Pāti Māori and Opportunity had plans for major tax reforms, 'there isn't a public appetite for tax reform that is that radical', Hipkins said."
