Schumer Faces Strong Opposition
Chuck Schumer is all over the media today acting like he is the inevitable next Majority Leader. Looking into the details of his support among Democratic Senators in the next Congress this is by no means a forgone conclusion. Do not be misled.
@mastodonmigration
NO NO NO PLEASE FUCKING NO!!!!
FFS.
Schumer/Jeffries have both *already* demonstrated utter spinelessness, fecklessness, no willingness to appropriately fight MAGAts, & general inability 2 get in dirt & do wht's necessary to save rule of law & US democracy.
Multiple times.
Only 2 years here...
Why would Dems waste opportunity to elect leadership that is *NOT* the same establishment, corporate-owned, "decency first", failed leadership in place since Pelosi days.
🙄 🤷♂️🤦♂️🤡🫏💩🖕
