When the Democrats take over Congress and nothing happens for two years, a lot of people will be upset and disappointed, but nothing at all happening is a huge improvement on the previous two years.

@clacke Nothing at all happening means the harm enabled by the policies enacted over the past 2 years will continue to happen. It's an improvement over "new harms keep being enabled" but not by much. The worst that can happen now is Democracts throwing their hands in the air about policies that were set by anti-democratic people because "they won the last elections fair and square". It's also the most likely scenario by my book.
@clacke They need to at least rein in an out of control executive branch, otherwise it won't be nothing happening.
