I cook my sunday family scrambled eggs on a really low heat. I tell my wife it makes them fluffier and much more delicious. Its so i have a few minutes more of peace from the kids

@fesshole joke's on you. The gentler heat is indeed softer on the proteins and does make them fluffier.
