@chartier Democrats only understand sticks. I'm not even rooting for Schumer to lose his job, but if he won't do the right things no carrot will be sufficient. He needs a primary challenge, a credible one, to keep his eyes on the needs of the American people.
@chartier And that and more is going to be needed. Schumer and Jeffries need strong primary opponents right now, if for no other reason than to keep the heat on high. Remember, it has been party leadership that has laid them prostate and satisfied with being a crime scene cleanup party. The blue 🌊 now has to smash the #Democrat leadership. Schumer should just step down and serve out the rest of his term. Jeffries, to be seen, now that the hand to his puppet (Nancy Pelosi) is retiring.
