In the lawsuit I used as an example in the thread at the quoted post, the plaintiffs won a temporary restraining order prohibiting the Trump regime from threatening election workers and officials. Pro-democracy plaintiffs keep filing lawsuits to keep up with Trump regime’s ongoing election interference. I don’t see any legacy media reporting comprehensively on the daily encroachments by the regime or pro-democracy plaintiffs’ efforts to block them. The decision is from a panel of the 9th Circuit, which can review it en banc, meaning all the judges in the circuit reconsider the panel’s decision.
