I've not seen it by a meteorologist yet, but it looks like the SW states have received their yearly totals already.

@ai6yr It's still raining. I haven't rechecked our rain gauges but I am betting they overflowed quite while ago. We received more than 10 inches south of Brevard county.
ABC News video now shows Port St. Lucie - note the Wundermap precip sensors below, nearly all grossly wrong; depending on location I think after 12-24 inches they just gave up, resetting to zero.
