So far the private equity company which bought my employer has had the HR drone youngs go on an all-company email rage about how much the olds’ healthcare costs. (Guess we shouldn’t get cancer.) Now, they’re cleaning out the old folks via forced retirements.

Also, private equity drones are enraged how our division only works on a time and materials basis, not firm fixed price. We found the only idiots in all of engineering-dom who DON’T want to work T&M and have predictable margins. Everyone else dreams of it. 🤦♂️
