I discovered a sound that leaks your exact location (and it's everywhere)

@Viss Basically, got an idea of where the camera was (there was an image related). Ended up it was near Seattle, on an island. Then used the airplane sounds to compare flight paths and the sound of the engines to the timestamp on the video (as he basically describes here). If it can be automated, most certainly you are going to be able to geolocate, as much as you have airplane traffic and audio, AND if you have exact time of the video. (that's the challenge... you have to have it timestamped).
@Viss I was able to geolocate to within a quarter mile, HOWEVER, to claim the reward you had to go to the location, and i wasn't about to fly to Seattle to go hunting for this, as there were already locals in the area hunting... (ie their odds of reaching the site before I was on a plane were too high).
@ai6yr oh wow - i guess the prize was pretty substantial if you were considering booking a flight?
@Viss These guys got it... by honking a car horn as they got closer, lol.

@Viss Oh, I geolocated something for a Wyze camera contest using this method (airplane sounds). Manually, however.
