we are used to justice systems that are obsessed with due process and moral neutrality and objectivity (for a good reason -- being wrongly fined, imprisoned or executed is a really bad thing) and want to do the same, but don't realize that, in a small environment with low costs of participation, especially online, this just makes things easier for trolls who know how to stay just outside of the boundaries of illegality

What you'll find though is that the vibecoders / slop artists will be a bit bitter that they can't participate in the "main" event. They want the respect of the place that excludes them, because of course, Claude vs Claude *isn't very interesting*. It's much more fun if there are a bunch of actual artists around, so you can elbow them out, so you can look good in comparison to them.
