Back from the physio! Glad I've managed to go.
Tachycardia has been hitting hard this morning, 138bpm when standing up. My heart was aching, so I almost canceled.
It's back to normal now, hopefully it'll last because it took hours today.

Good news: for my previous blood test, I was sick but wasn't anymore for the last one. My white cells levels are better.
Bad news: dehydration remains, anemia is worsening and I'm almost out of iron. My stocks are critical too, almost inexistant. That's why I have such symptoms, as it's combined with a severe folates deficit.
No chronic illness in particular has been found, but Schögren's still possible without blood positivity in many cases.
My infectious levels are higher than when I was sick, though.
@Testoceratops random question, have you ever been tested for any sort of colitis, enteritis, or Celiac's?? those are like the main thing I can think fit those set of symptoms and might impact how you absorb iron and folate

Pretty sure the pulmo will say it's the next check-up to do, because I didn't absorb from the supplemented medical shakers I took for months...
My gastric and digestive issues have been left ignored for years, despite mentioning it each time. I have a treatment but that's all, as there's a surgery they refuse to perform
Still desperate waiting on the phonecall from the hospital to schedule something quickly as the pulmo asked for it.
I'll call him back if I don't get contacted this week. Some levels are getting really alarming, the difference in a month is kinda terrifying on my red cells.
I don't know what's going on but I keep on pushing my brain and body as much as safely possible, otherwise I'd just sleep non stop
The folates supplements don't seem to help and it's been a while already. Hopefully iron ones will, because I can't keep going like this.
Headaches, tachycardia, cognitive issues, fatigue, hair loss and so many other symptoms make it really hard.
I'm careful with what I eat to avoid deficiencies, so there's no way it could come from food.
I was expecting my blood test results today, but didn't get it yet.
They once sent some around 9pm, so it can still come in tonight.
Otherwise it'll probably be tomorrow
