Are you interested in running a "what's on" website for your local community in Ireland, in the Fediverse? You can, using http://mobilizon.ie !

I run http://mobilizon.ie as a "what's on" website in Ireland - you will see events in Cloughjordan where I live, but it's also federated with @WhatsOnClonmel and other Irish gancio and mobilizon servers, whose events also appear.

Thanks to @mobilizon for the mobilizon software development and support !
