@robertsullivanai the more the merrier, but scope for national government agencies, especially in EU
@glynmoody Interesting twist on openness: the weights travel, but so do the trust questions. Fine-tuning can change behaviour, yet buyers will still want to know what was in the training data and how the changes were tested. Feels like independent evaluation is going to matter more than the model's origin.
