Swedish police boarded the cargo ship Germanica Hav off Gotland after reports that it had been moving suspiciously near a military training area. TV4 says the National Task Force took part. The vessel’s operator, which has links to Norway and Kaliningrad and reportedly uses largely Russian crews, has previously been scrutinized over suspected Russian hybrid and reconnaissance activity.
