Ah, the UK, where politicians assert that land ownership based on who your great great...great grandpa was friends with in 1066 is fine, 21st century wealth based on enslaving people in the 19th century is just the natural order, but reparations? We don't base policy on the past!
Even when the debt to pay off the people who enslaved Africans was being bankrolled by UK taxpayers until 2015.
Reparations are owed. Abolish the monarchy and use the Crown's wealth to pay for it.
Andy Burnham rejects reparations:

Oh fuck off. How about Britain pays debts to the developing world? India was looted to the tune of 45 TRILLION GBP.
