@ai6yr Just based on my general knowledge of surgical scar tissue and adhesions, I feel like a person that is normally-functioning would be extremely foolish to do this even if they are much smaller than average. Then somehow in the last couple years, I’ve read a couple articles that confirmed my initial thoughts.

(For folks dealing with medical problems such as post-cancer surgery, it’s a different risk/benefits calculation entirely.)
