I never saw Patrick Stewart at a convention and didn't come with him into direct contact in any way when working on #StarTrekPicard but there's one Patrick Stewart/Jean-Luc Picard related achievement that only I have ever made - find proof that Patrick Stewart exists in the #StarTrek universe. 1/10
I then went through every episode of #StarTrekTNG and took DVD screenshots of the book in the ready room whenever it was visible. Then I used these blurry DVD screenshots, took the book and with squinty eyes, tried to identify the correct pages from the Globe Illustrated. This worked at first... 3/10
But soon I realized that there were many pages seen in season 2-7 episodes that appeared nowhere in the Globe Illustrated. I realized another book must have been used in later seasons - and I managed to find it thanks to "Chain of Command I+II" - The Illustrated Shakespeare Volumes I-III 4/10
Nobody had realized this before at that point, only the Globe Illustrated Shakespeare was widely known. And again, using blurry DVD screenshots (this was years before the HD remastering of TNG), I tracked down almost every double page seen in the later episodes. And then came the surreal moment: 5/10
In the spring of 2010, I finally wanted to wrap my head around the Shakespeare book in Picard's ready room and tracked down a copy of the Globe Illustrated Shakespeare that is seen in Picard's hands in "Hide and Q". It took me ages to find the correct edition but this book is how it all started. 2/10
