The Property Guardians had it in their head that garden when it was on the ground was an obstruction. On the windowsils it's fine, because it's not in anyone's way. I wake up this morning and an abandoned cabinet down the way has gone but all the garden has been attacked, some jobsworth must have had a go at our garden before getting bored just leaving it, or realised they shouldn't have been doing this and ran way, either way they've destroyed the garden I had been tending for six years
