Adding to this list:

• people who voted to close questions by someone who is trying to learn because "that's already been answered", "not relevant"
• the people who told newbies to "read the fucken manual", or "pick up a good book"
• people who didn't answer the question that was asked but instead gave their opinion on why that newbie is taking the wrong approach
• the people who responded in a condescending sarcastic manner

@nixCraft It will certainly continue to shrink, but I don't believe it will disappear. For some domains, StackExchange still is a repository for people to collect solutions and creations. A great example is TeX.SE, which I still like to use for sharing some tricks or improvements to packages that are non-trivial to come up with.
