I really didn’t have money on Proton crashing and burning as a trusted community partner and company due to leadership AI psychosis this rapidly. It’s incredibly disappointing and a huge loss.

@timapple The letter in itself isn’t the issue, and this “bit of drama” is currently costing them current and future sales, so I wouldn’t say it’s inconsequential. Proton was serving a niche market with specific needs and boundaries, and they just breached one of these in a spectacular way. They don’t have anything else to compete against mainstream email providers.
