Mom's follow up appointment at RJH Liver Clinic went well. Her blood work results showed improved hemoglobin levels & better liver enzymes levels. There's an issue with increased potassium so one medication has been reduced to one pill/every other day for next couple of weeks.
Heading home to have dinner & rest up.

I'm celebrating a small blood pressure victory today. First time in over a year that Mom's blood pressure is in the very normal & safe level. It's been high blood pressure for a long time. Today, we are grateful for this positive change in BP vitals 🙌💗⚕️

Mom's taking a nap while we wait for blood work results.
Happy to report that there was at least 10 staff masked up when we arrived. I didn't have to ask/remind any staff working with us today. I'm grateful for that - it's not happened in other medical environments.
