Congrats to Apple on inventing the touchscreen laptop, a thing every other laptop maker invented 15 years ago and then mostly dropped because it turned out nobody wanted that

@jalefkowit typing this on a laptop with a touchscreen ( that works under Linux! ) and I can count on 1 hand the number of times I have used it as such intentionally.

@jalefkowit I have a regular laptop that has a touchscreen . I didn't know it did until I happened to touch the screen and jaws did something. what a waste, you can't even use one properly on a laptop because of the oriantation.
@jalefkowit Every time this kind of thing happens, the fans go — immediately after having said that Apple did it first — "okay okay then, but Apple did it better" :D
