Some goodly citizen or three, with enough resources, Texas is full of them, should step up and pay for the soccer training and/or schooling for this 3-yr-old.
All the normal league can do is call the cops on his family for "disrupting" play. His parents wanted to know why he was taken out and subjected to public humiliation by other parents. It was because he was too good a player and their children couldn't compete with him. Presumably, those kids can't jump, either.
