I had not seen this USAID publication before.
It looks like it is geared towards people running workshops, but some of the content may be fine as a learning tool in itself.

@Thayer I mean, I'm not entirely sure that that's a way to gender equality, but I suspect that there would be no shortage of volunteers to test your thesis.
