but even that isn't necessarily built to code. Rumor has it that the architect for the orange cockwomble ballroom quit because fire codes weren't being followed, so it's a massive gold plated death trap.
And orange cut a lot of safety code enforcement, either through decree or by gutting the agency responsible so they can't keep up with field inspections.
I foresee the possibility of un-inspected buildings being sloppily built (at the speed these go up, I think sloppy is guaranteed) and occasionally failing. And if that happens, what if there's a fire? There's a lot of stuff that is quite hazardous when burning.
