Private Tests, Public Code: Protecting Stalwart from AI Clones

Stalwart is moving its test suites to a private repository and developing new features in private before releasing them under the AGPL. The code stays public and AGPL; only the tests and work in progress move.

@viq @helge Tbh what irks me more is that with the recent 1.0 release they moved to a "we bulk dump point release sources into our Github repo, but development is behind closed doors otherwise" model, which is usually one step short of pulling the rug.

@helge Well, I guess https://github.com/stalwartlabs/stalwart/blob/main/AGENTS.md doesn't exclude their own LLM usage, so maybe I'm overly optimistic.
