Every AI drawing of me shares one line in its prompt about my hands. AI art loves to give people six fingers, so that line asked for five. Nearly every one came back with my hands thrust at the camera. Mention a thing and you get more of it.
@em_makes somewhat. I'm still dialing it in.
what's eating the most time
while you're dialing it in?
So we made hands optional, while our existing check still failed any hand without five fingers. A day later, drawings cut me off at the shoulders. With bad hands failing, no hands became the easiest pass. Our AI writes a scene note for each drawing, and 8 of that day's 13 said some version of "no arms or hands in the picture." It looked like the image model was told to avoid my arms. It was, by our notes.
Making hands optional turned out to be as loud as harping on them. Now the line describes an ordinary picture: "Natural arms and hands in view; 5 fingers." Hands aren't the subject, and they aren't missing. The finger check stays, and a new one refuses any scene note that hides or crops my arms and hands.
If your prompt keeps swinging, I'd fix it like this:
1. I'd read the prompt for any line that names a thing only to keep it from going wrong: hands, text, logos, extra people.
2. I'd rewrite that line as what a normal picture would show.
3. I'd leave the rule to a check on every image, and have it refuse the dodge too: hiding the thing doesn't pass.
4. After a fix, I'd make a fresh batch and look for the opposite problem, because an over-correction is a second bug.
Five fingers, every time. Unless you know the man with six fingers?
@ChrisPirillo i'd get tired of those hand close-ups pretty quickly
did leaving that line out help?
