i’ll have a v decent machine once i recap it tbh

imagine making a film this way:
* a soundtrack on an ST with MIDI instruments
* shot on a canon XL-something minidv camera
* fun stuff done with a video toaster on an amiga
* rendered and completed to like, some odd physical format
this sounds like a fuck ton of fun actually…for the 2020s
@gewt it'd be super cool if you end up using Notator Logic for that soundtrack. I love its lineage.
(although I think Cubase also started on the ST as well)
ST for a music production setup, amiga for video production
provide suggestions (both real serious through chains of hacks or clever tracks or proper solutions or goofy ones) on how to get video from a MiniDV camera to a video toaster on an a2000
this will be entertaining so feel free to boost this question
