Marriage should be time limited to 3 months with an optional renewal clause. If you don't want to renew then you shouldn't be married.

@alisynthesis @anon_opin I'm not sure comparing marriage to a coin-toss is particularly accurate either.
@anon_opin I think people are misunderstanding the point. It's like how when you toss a coin to help you make a hard decision, you don't know which option you prefer until it's in the air.
