and a PoC is not a prototype. They are different things.
you can't automate prototyping because you can't automate design because you can't automate invention

@fasterandworse imagine a proof of concept that proves nothing to anyone and isn’t any good for building understanding
@fasterandworse all of my quick proofs of concepts are the minimum code required to see if a specific thing works as I think/hope it does. LLMs don’t do minimum code and they don’t let you evaluate if something specific works.
all my prototypes take fucking forever to make because it’s the original for a system of ideas that have never been attempted before
prototyping is the slow part that makes the final build a matter of assembly.
quick prototyping just pushes the yard full of rakes into the final build process
