In the early days of the web, the first website I created was a Scooby Doo fan site. It was so much fun! I had polls, guestbooks, forums, even a chat room! A whole community.
Every year I would host contests, like a Scooby Snack recipe or a costume contest - back then, people would physically mail me their photos to include. lol.
Anyway, I'm feeling spooky this weekend and thought I'd share the Scooby Snack recipe winner from those days. Like, good times.

Preheat oven to 350°F.
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. If there isn’t enough liquid to mix everything after five minutes of stirring, add a tiny amount of milk to help.
Taste the batter before cooking and adjust the amount of sugar to your liking.
Place on a lightly greased cookie sheet and bake 8 to 12 minutes, depending on how large you made your cookies. Go shorter for chewier cookies, longer for drier, crisp ones.
