Usually when we do shows, I load up on cured meat products.
But those are bad for me!
So I've swapped for this, it's prepackaged tofu marinated in spicy sauce and perfectly fits the beef jerky space in my diet.

@ajroach42 I love the chinese seitan mock meat Jerkies! The gluten snacks are nice too.
@arichtman I also have some fish ones, but I haven't tried them yet.
Now I'm trying to imagine fat jimbo eating braised tofu, convinced it's actually the meat of some exotic cryptid.
"Jack, I know it says tofu, but I swear this tastes Exactly like the Loveland frog man. They've gotta be farming frogmen!"
@ajroach42 Cryptid frogmen are endangered, so people can only really afford the artificial stuff now.
@ajroach42 The packaging is messing with my head.... snack and company are clearly Chinese, but the Japanese description feels like it's in the primary position. What's the flavor even? In English it's just "sauce", while in Japanese it's something involving sheep? But I don't see any sheep/goat characters in the Chinese... maybe it's referencing some lamb dish that doesn't mention it in the name?
