The owners should be the share holders, and the share holders should be the workers. I think that makes sense. If everyone owns a stake in the company, it is in everyone’s interest to work well. Who gives a shit about loafing and stealing from some anonymous corporate job?
We really need a stakeholder centric economy and not a shareholder centered one.
