@davidgerard i understand the sentiment, i very much share it. yet, i wonder, if even he can affect the dollar. dollar has not been within the influence of the fed for roughly 70 years. it is truly global to an extent that no human can truly comprehend. after some point such mechanics start to exhibit their own dynamics.
@fractalolivia as the fed discovered in 2008 when they had to bail out dollar-denominated entities in other countries who had never touched an actual USD
