Maybe, but this looks more like geo-blocking.
DMI is the Danish national weather service, and they did close down Wednesday during the PHP storm.
Or perhaps they're trying to hide how bad the weather is from potential tourists, otherwise nobody would ever visit us?

@mjack Some are turning off the services because they're afraid of the PHP implications.
