This is not true. If the Dems take the majority they will be able to set the agenda and investigate this administration with subpoena power. Everything will change.

@mastodonmigration Dems at 52 seats basically means MAGA and Trump continue more or less the same, even if not able to escalate the Project 2025 agenda in the short term. There will be no reckoning with SCOTUS.
