I do need a different name for my negative self-talk though, I have several good friends named Steve/Steven/Stephen and I don’t want them to catch strays
@fluffy I imagine all my brain problems as badly behaved dogs. That way they get dog names and I feel a bit happier about how well behaved my real dogs are.
