@APBBlue @autolycos There's a classic Slate article from the year 2000 going into all the problems with buying a mattress from a traditional mattress store. I understood why people were looking for an alternative. But the online mattress people all did the standard venture-backed startup thing of trying to seize 100% of the market, which was absurd
