6200
@jsatk @adarsh I log my rides here so let's see... I started logging at 1500 miles on November 16, 2023. So that's 35 months for 4700 miles, or 134 miles a month on average. So if we extrapolate backwards from that, that's 44.68 months, or three years, eight and a half months.
(In reality, that gets into the core COVID area, when I was going fewer places, so adjust accordingly. But at the rate of the bulk of it, 3 years, 8 months, 21 days.
As for where I live, there's an area north of Seattle in northwest King County called Northshore, and I live somewhere in that general area. (Which is why I build and maintain the Greater Northshore Bike Connector Map in its various editions.)
@jsatk @adarsh I have a... 75%-written post about this talking about how you absolutely _do not_ need to live downtown or something like that and it has a few repetitions of this line with different map points:
I do not live here, but it is not unlike my neighbourhood: https://maps.app.goo.gl/PjQdpd4rAAAVV4rZ9
The point of that being, of course, to demonstrate how doable this is.
@moira @adarsh I have the same computer on my e-bike. I’m at 1,500 after 3yrs. 6,200 is impressive!
