Watching Ants Pants while mending Haggis, the bagpiper bear from Scotland I found in the tractor parts shed (along with Pik Nik the weird string cheese mascot, who got dumped at the communal sharing station).

Close-up of a bear with a bagpipes and a hole in his shirt with a needle and thread stuck in near it. The bagpipe chanter also seems to have torn away.

Shirt and tie fixed, now to find something to whittle into a chanter for the bagpipes. Preferably something washable.

Looking better already.
