My theory is if I add enough yellow thread, at some point no one will notice how uneven it is. The YouTube videos all look PERFECT. 🤔 also, it keeps getting smaller, I need to widen it now lol. #sewing #buttonhole

Done! Sewed my first real pants, first pair of denim jeans, first Japanese selvedge denim jeans, first hand buttonhole... lots of things learned here. These are way above my normal fashion level, lol. (T-shirt and cargo pants, normally beaten up and dusty and/or looking like I just was in the garden or hiking) 🤪 multicolor belt loops just for fun because the Serger got reloaded and is now rainbow colored, lol, no significance to the colors. #sewing #selvedgedenim #denimjeans #jeansproject

@ai6yr congrats! They look awesome. FYI, I was a tailor for a blue jeans shop in SF for 3 years... and I've never even sewn my own pair of jeans, so I'm impressed.
Note: so far, the hand sewing is going horrible. Notably, my hand sewing is like a spider on drugs (namely, caffeine)
