@JulieSqveakaroo Young Austin also had a lot of follow-up questions for the Caveman Pac story where we learned what life was like for the Pac People before they discovered power pellets.
Anyway no, I've never had reason to think I wasn't basically neurotypical.
@Austin_Dern @JulieSqveakaroo it sounds pretty wild though

@JulieSqveakaroo @Hearth There were a _lot_ of strange choices made then! It had cartoons based on the Pole Position video game, on the Rubik's Cube, *and* on "what if Gary Coleman played a deceased child who came back as a guardian angel?"
@Austin_Dern @JulieSqveakaroo @Hearth don't forget whatever the hell Fat Albert was
@fluffy @JulieSqveakaroo @Hearth Oh, I think that's a little more self-explanatory, 'Brown Hornet' segment aside. Just your bunch of goofy friends having pointless little adventures, like an 'Ed, Edd, & Eddy' that felt it had to be socially redeeming.
@Austin_Dern @JulieSqveakaroo @Hearth I just had a flashback to that weird Dungeons and Dragons cartoon. Which I think aired right next to Rubik’s Cube, or at least it occupies a similar neighborhood in my brain.
@fluffy @JulieSqveakaroo @Hearth I think it was close by on the schedule, yeah. I think the show was basically sensible except for making a character of The Dungeon Master. The DM is kind of the distinctive feature between a D&D session and just doing Kinda Tolkien fantasy though.
@Austin_Dern @JulieSqveakaroo @Hearth would you say it was a token Tolkien?

@Austin_Dern @JulieSqveakaroo as we have never seen this cartoon i don't know if you're talking about a real cartoon or making up stuff in a hypothetical one
