"... based on your existing and previous relationships I predict your interest is with Sarah." It brought her photo to the center enlarging it. It was almost like looking at her again. The AI had chosen a still of the young woman just as the hint of her aloof, but warm smile had started to reach her eyes. 1/

@futurebird I had only been able to Iimagine “hard core voyeur“ as a use case for these things, but I think you nailed it. How can my imaginary friend in the cloud help me IRL if I don’t feed it data?
I don’t think it ends well in any case. Will he ever know any other person authentically? Will Sarah dodge this bullet now aimed at her? Poor young woman.

Normally, Peter just said "yes" but looking at the photo of Sarah, remembering their conversation, he hesitated. Alexa was already collating details about her, her job, her hobbies...
"Stop." Peter said. Alexa was very good at what she did. And for what he was paying she ought to be! But, he had started to wonder just how far it all went.
