Thinking more on what I want my project to be, I think I can reduce the verb set in AP to:
- Create
- Update
- Delete
- Offer
- Accept
- Reject
- Add
- Remove
- Move
- Announce
Without loss of either meaning or clarity.

@CassandraVert In the Activity Vocabulary `Remove` is "Remove from a Collection" while `Delete` is "remove from existence."
In the standard AS2 Vocabulary there's also "Undo" which is a way of undoing the side effects of certain activities.
Semantically this then turns offer into an Ask semantic.
So you can either _tell_ someone else that "I have done something" or _ask_ them to do something. This makes a lot of further interactions nice and clear and defines boundaries nicely.
@hrefna What is the difference between remove and delete?
