Seems to be localised stuff, and I will also add: Usualy, fedi downtimes are less but longer.
@gabboman i mean the difference is that a fedi instance hosts at most upwards of 1/6th of the fediverse but that is true in my exp too

Yeah they have a big mastodon social problem. Thats what wafrn tries to fix
