Belief that contrails in the sky are mind control chemicals put there by the government are so common in meth addicts at a work place I once worked that I think it is diagnostic.
And that belief ignores so much of every bit of common sense. Who is it working on, who is employed doing it and not talking about it, how much does that cost, why is it so visible yet you believe it is secret?
