It's your webshop. If you decide to not sell stuff on specific markeds, that's your choice, and it's okay.
Telling those markeds the reason is "everything is out of stock" is kinda bullshit, though.
You're one short message away from giving a completely valid explanation to folks who'd happily buy your stuff.
Instead you gaslight them.
